Salt and spice' craftsmanship
We do not add any chemical additives, no chemical preservatives (only preservatives from plant extracts), no antioxidants and no colouring agents, i.e. all those acronyms (E262, E250, E301, etc.) that you find in classic tub packaging.
Control of the entire supply chain
We directly select the raw material, strictly from small, certified Ticino and Swiss farmers' farms, trying to get as close as possible to a zero-km production that guarantees free and sustainable farming methods, without the stress of intensive farming.
Authentic preparation
Salting, massaging and tying are carried out by hand regularly, according to tradition, following old-fashioned recipes.
Slow maturation and ripening
To guarantee a unique flavour, we let our products mature and mature for as long as necessary, without rushing or forcing. Passion, patience, methodical control and natural elements: the perfect mix to make the difference in taste and our health.

Our processing, combined with the food control of the supply chain, guarantees the absence of gluten, allergens, milk and milk derivatives.

All orders received are processed on the spot.
We don't have anything pre-packaged, but we slice and cut the slices within moments of dispatch, so that you always get the scent and taste of our products.
In order to prevent the shipment from stopping at the depots of the express couriers we use on weekends and holidays, we do NOT ship on Fridays.
