Prices and Shipping
All prices shown are in Swiss Francs (CHF), include VAT and are exclusive of transport costs and any discounts due to promotional codes.
La Salumeria reserves the right to change prices and delivery charges at any time and to cancel an order in the event of an error in the calculation system or data.
The applicable prices for the products ordered are those that appear on the LaSalumeria website on the date the order is placed.
LaSalumeria only dispatches to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, therefore any order with a foreign destination will not be accepted by the system.
Shipping costs will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Order Management
All items in the system can be ordered and are available.
Once the order has been received, LaSalumeria will process it as quickly as possible, within 1/2 working days.
Upon receipt of the order, at the conclusion of the payment process, the purchase contract will be deemed concluded and the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail, with the relevant acceptance by LaSalumeria.
The e-mail will contain a summary of the products ordered, their unit price and the total amount paid.
SIZES AND WEIGHTS OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED
LaSalumeria only offers handmade products and therefore the net weight of each product (Affetta tu, Affettati per te, Mix Ticinese, Pronti da cuocere) may vary from the weight indicated in the order confirmation.
In order to always offer a unique and quality service to our customers, LaSalumeria will always supply quantities that are equal to or greater than the quantities stated on the website, product sheet and order confirmation.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers confirming an order from our site have the right to withdraw from the purchase by communicating this intention before the goods are dispatched by e-mail (info@lasalumeria.ch) or telephone (091/870 14 88) without having to justify the reasons.
LaSalumeria will immediately cancel the order and refund the Customer.
If the products have already been shipped, we will not be able to accept the cancellation of the order.
The customer therefore bears the burden of assessing the type and quantity of products before confirming the purchase order.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by sending an e-mail (info@lasalumeria.ch), stating the order number received on confirmation and the reason for the complaint.
Our staff will check the reasons directly and provide you with all the instructions for the possible return of the products, which must be in perfect condition and have the original wrapping and packaging.
The goods will be refunded after verification of the condition of the products, minus transport costs, which will be borne by the customer.
Payments
The Customer may pay the price of the Products and any delivery costs in a completely secure manner by means of Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa) and debit cards.
All payments are handled and guaranteed directly by the payment circuits (Stripe).
No information on the credit/debit cards used therefore resides at LaSalumeria.
Shipping
All purchases will be delivered by express courier or by SwissPost.
Shipment takes place within 2 working days after receipt of the order.
All products are carefully prepared and packed for shipment.
We ship Monday to Thursday, excluding public and national holidays, to avoid products spending the weekend in the courier's warehouse.
LaSalumeria is not liable for delays, inefficiency or non-delivery by the courier.
Once the shipment has been made, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail and, if duly registered in the portal, will be able to check the status of the order in the Reserved Area.
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is responsible for checking the integrity of the package, which must not be broken, damaged or wet.
Any complaints must be raised immediately with the courier, failing which the product is deemed to have been delivered correctly.
If there is visible and obvious damage to the parcel, it is advisable to reject the goods, take a photograph of the parcel and immediately write to LaSalumeria (info@lasalumeria.ch).
In the event that the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and thus the goods cannot be delivered to the addressee due to this error, any storage costs or costs that the courier company will charge in this respect shall be borne by the customer.
Alcohol sales
When placing an order, in the event that the selection made involves the purchase of alcoholic beverages, the customer must declare that he/she is of legal age by entering his/her date of birth at CkeckOut as confirmation of legal age.
LaSalumeria does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18.
Jurisdiction
The provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.
The place of jurisdiction is Bellinzona.
