Obtained from different parts of the deer haunch.

The carefully selected cuts are salted, seasoned and massaged by hand regularly, as in the past, before being dried in the pure air of our valleys for several weeks.

The quality of the raw material, the care in processing and the total absence of chemical additives guarantee an authentic and intense taste.

Venison Slinzega is enjoyed cut with a knife into slices that are not too thin.

Deer meat product, to be consumed raw, preferably within 60 days of delivery.

Store in a cool (max. 16°C) and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Once cut, store in the refrigerator at 5°C.
