We carefully select only the thickest breasts to guarantee an inimitable taste.
The pieces are salted, flavoured and massaged by hand regularly, as in the past, before being dried in the pure air of our valleys for several weeks.
Then, following the ancient recipe of our tradition, the pieces are skilfully blended in Cognac.
The quality of the raw material, the care taken in processing and the total absence of chemical additives guarantee an immediately recognisable, delicately wild flavour and aroma.
Duck breast is enjoyed knife-cut, not too thinly sliced.
Duck meat product, to be consumed raw, preferably within 60 days of delivery.
Store in a cool (max. 16°C) and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Once cut, store in the refrigerator at 5°C.
