Our PROSCIUTTO CRUDO, after slow maturing, is ready to release all its aromas when cut and to delight our palate.

Obtained from the haunch of heavy pigs born and bred in Ticino.
The legs are cut and trimmed according to ancient local tradition.
The cuts are salted, flavoured and massaged by hand regularly, as in the past, before being dried in specially air-conditioned cells for at least four months.
Once the slow curing process is over, the Prosciutto Crudo is ready to release all its aromas when cut and to delight our palate.
The quality of the raw material, the care in processing and the total absence of chemical additives guarantee an authentic and inviting taste.
Pork product, to be consumed raw, preferably within 90 days of delivery.
Store in a cool (max. 16°C) and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Once cut, store in the refrigerator at 5°C.
