We choose only the best part of the leg of beef.

The pieces are salted, flavoured and massaged by hand regularly, as in the past, before being dried in the pure air of our valleys for a few weeks.

The quality of the raw material, the care in processing and the total absence of chemical additives guarantee an authentic and refined taste.
When cut, it releases a delicate, enveloping aroma.

Dried beef is cut fresh and packed immediately before being shipped.

Beef product, to be consumed raw, preferably within 90 days of delivery.

Store in a cool (max. 16°C) and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Once cut, store in the refrigerator at 5°C.
