We use the meat obtained from trimmed bacon and pork shoulders.
With the right percentage of lard, the two parts are minced to a medium grain.
Only with the addition of salt, spices, flavourings, a mix of sweet paprika and hot chilli pepper and a maturation period of 2-3 weeks do we obtain the best-loved PICCANTELLI in Ticino!
The quality of the raw material, the care in processing and the total absence of chemical additives guarantee an authentic and refined taste.
When cut, it releases the scent of real artisanal salami, which we produce in small quantities every week, and when tasted, the perfect combination for all lovers of spiciness... but without exaggeration!
Pork product, to be eaten raw, preferably within 30 days of delivery.
Store in a cool (max. 16°C) and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Once cut, store in the refrigerator at 5°C.
