We only use meat from local or certified game farms and Swiss pork.

With the right percentage of lard, the parts are coarsely minced.

Only with the addition of salt, spices, natural flavourings and a maturation period of 2-3 weeks do we obtain a product with a unique taste.

The quality of the raw material, the care in processing and the total absence of chemical additives guarantee an authentic and well-balanced taste.
When cut, the scent of real artisanal salami, which we produce in small quantities every week, is released.

Product made from venison and pork, to be eaten raw, preferably within 30 days of delivery.

Store in a cool (max. 16°C) and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Once cut, store in the refrigerator at 5°C.

INGREDIENTS: Venison 60% (Austria), pork (Switzerland), bacon, cooking salt, spices, natural aroma.
Casing: inedible beef casing.
