With the right percentage of lard, the parts are trimmed, salted and spiced without any added colouring agents or preservatives.

To be consumed after cooking: it is recommended NOT to pierce the product to prevent the aromas from being released during cooking.
Pork product, to be consumed cooked, within 15 days after delivery.
Store refrigerated at a maximum temperature of 5°C.
