We directly select the leanest meat from the pig's legs and shoulders.

With the right percentage of lard, the two parts are minced to a coarse grain.

Only with the addition of salt, spices, natural flavourings and a maturation period of 4 to 12 weeks do we obtain our famous salami, which is both tasty and sweet.

Store in a cool (max. 16°C) and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Once cut, store in the refrigerator at 5°C.

Pork product, to be consumed raw, preferably within 60 days of delivery.

INGREDIENTS: Pork (Switzerland), bacon, cooking salt, spices, natural aroma.
Casing: inedible pig intestine.
