We select meat from lamb shoulders.
With the right percentage of lard, the two parts are minced to a medium grain.
Only with the addition of salt, spices, natural flavourings and a maturation period of 3 to 4 weeks do we obtain a salami with a particularly delicate taste.
Lamb and pork product, to be eaten raw, preferably within 30 days of delivery.
Store in a cool (max. 16°C) and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Once cut, store in the refrigerator at 5°C.
INGREDIENTS: Lamb meat 60% (New Zealand), pork (Switzerland), bacon, cooking salt, spices, natural flavouring.
Casing: inedible beef casing.
