We use meat from the bacon trimmings, neck and shoulders of Swiss pigs.
With the right percentage of bacon and calf's liver, the parts are minced into a coarse grain.
Only with the addition of salt, spices, natural flavourings and a maturation period of 4 to 12 weeks do we obtain our Liver Mortadella: a unique product for true gourmets.
Pork product, to be consumed raw, preferably within 40 days of delivery.
Store in a cool (max. 16°) and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Once cut, store in the refrigerator at 5°C.
INGREDIENTS: Pork (Switzerland), bacon, calf's liver 7% (Switzerland), cooking salt, spices, natural aroma.
Casing: inedible beef casing.
