We only use meat from certified farms and Swiss pork.
With the right percentage of lard, the parts are coarsely minced.
Only by adding salt, spices, natural flavourings and a maturation period of 4 to 6 weeks do we obtain a product with a unique and intense taste.
The quality of the raw material, the care in processing and the total absence of chemical additives guarantee an authentic and well-balanced taste.
Product made from venison and pork, to be eaten raw, preferably within 40 days of delivery.
Store in a cool (max. 16°C) and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Once cut, store in the refrigerator at 5°C.
INGREDIENTS: Venison 60% (New Zealand), pork (Switzerland), bacon, cooking salt, spices, natural flavouring.
Casing: inedible pig intestine.
